Everything you need to know about our packages

All our packages include accommodation, meals (as specified), private cab transfers, sightseeing as per itinerary, and driver allowances. Airfare, personal expenses, and adventure activity charges are not included unless specifically mentioned.

March to June is ideal for pleasant weather and outdoor activities. December to February is perfect for snow lovers and winter sports. Monsoon (July-September) should be avoided due to landslides. Spiti and Kinnaur are best visited from May to October.

We offer complete customization! You can modify the itinerary, choose different hotels, add or remove destinations, and extend your stay. Contact us with your requirements and we'll create a personalized package within your budget.

Cancellations 30+ days before travel: 90% refund. 15-30 days: 50% refund. Less than 15 days: No refund. Amendments are allowed up to 15 days before travel with nominal charges. Force majeure situations are handled case-by-case with maximum possible refund.

Most Himachal destinations don't require permits. However, Spiti Valley and some restricted border areas need Inner Line Permits (ILP). We handle all permit arrangements for our customers - just provide us your ID proof copies 7 days before travel.
